Define EAP-AKA specific AtRand attr and factory.

EAP-SIM and EAP-AKA have different requirements for their respective
AT_RAND attributes. EAP-SIM needs 2-3 RANDs included, while EAP-AKA
requires only one RAND. Also define the AT_CHECKCODE type value and
int-String conversion for logging purposes.

IKEv2 Library for Android

Introduction

This IKEv2 library is an in-process client library implementing the IKEv2 protocol as well as extensions necessary for the support of IWLAN. It is designed to work in a non-privileged fashion on top of the Android IPsec API surface.
