Expose API for configuring NATT Keepalive Delay.

NATT Keepalive Delay is used to control the delay (in seconds) for
sending NATT Keepalive messages. These messages are used when a NAT is
detected to ensure that the NAT mapping is maintained. The delay
defaults to 10 seconds but can be configured to any value between 10
and 3600 seconds (inclusive).

IKEv2 Library for Android

Introduction

This IKEv2 library is an in-process client library implementing the IKEv2 protocol as well as extensions necessary for the support of IWLAN. It is designed to work in a non-privileged fashion on top of the Android IPsec API surface.
