Remove and replace @hide APIs round 1 - Copy constants - Make trivial but annoying to copy methods @SystemApi (like ones that parse Messages in MessagingStyle) - Remove references to annotations - Swap I[X]Manager for [X]Manager where easy to do so Test: make with sdk_version: "system_current" flag; atest Bug: 139525850 Change-Id: I75c6a7da718648569bbb26623c1cea67ba7ec2eb
