  "message": "Report sparse per-iface stats using atrace.\n\nThis reports the total bytes sent and received per interface using\natrace. The totals are taken from the interface counters, rather than\nthe ringbuffer, since the ring buffer can run out of space.\n\nInterfaces are only reported for interfaces which have packets\nsent on them as identified by Nettrace.
