Fix incorrect Global Settings key for reset in test cases.

The test cases were incorrectly attempting to reset "network_carrier_aware_avoid_bad_wifi"
instead of "network_carrier_aware_avoid_bad_wifi/1" for specific subIds.
This commit corrects the key.
