[BT] Fix PTS TG/MCN/CB/BV-04-I&BI-02-C fail [Description] BI-02-C: Precondition:no songs in Music player. PTS don't send getFolderItems in virtual Bluetooth Player. Test: Build passed; BT function works and PTS test passed Bug: 168682311 Change-Id: I83e8a4dabd40259be9adf4a45a6b240f4db5ca39
