Update AppSearch visibility for EXECUTE_APP_FUNCTIONS permission

The caller must also be a valid aganet to have visibility to the
documents that requires EXECUTE_APP_FUNCTIONS permission.

This align with the new EXECUTE_APP_FUNCTIONS permission requirement.
