Rename FLEDGE DB url field to uri This change migrates the Room database from version 1 to 2. Test: atest Test: manually updated the apex on the same device and observed migration occurred as expected Bug: 244650021 Change-Id: I8eb4aa906c467ebbaffc655e00adaa974d94e174
