Improve audio output tooltip text

- Translations did not fit into the previous character limit, therefore
changing to allow multi-line tooltip.
- Since only the icon is flipped for RTL and the annotation for
  accessibility is not needed (different flow with button there),
  switching to a single string instead of two

Test: manual - on Gambit switch to language with too many characters
e.g. Zulu (zu) + check RTL orientation
