Cleaning up redundent code. Added btsnoop log support in sl4a and bt_test_utils. Fixed bug with bluetooth toggle. Removed a lot of redundent code in concurrent_tests. Consolodated to a single script. Added override functions for setup_class, on_exception, and on_fail. Creating a way to pull the btsnoop logs from the device when requested by the script.
