Secure the pendingIntent in SearchWidgetProvider.
Fixes - "PendingIntent in QuickSearchBox Widget ..." security bug.
This change is similar to the fix to Settings changes.
+ Assign the package name for pending intent, so that the intent
only can launch the QuicSearchBox app.
