Initial conversion of SuggestionsAdapter.java to SuggestionsAdapter.kt in AOSP QuickSearchBox App using automatic conversion tool.
No additional changes were needed for SuggestionsAdapter.kt.

Test: built against Kotlin 1.7 and with -Werror turned on, tested manually on bramble device and ran atest QuickSearchBoxTests with result:
