Postponing taking bugreport until after the time-limited art of the test. Disabling bugreports resulted in reducing TestTimedOutException rate from 98% to 78%, but didn't change other timeout-like exceptions. So, can restore taking bugreports in general, but in in cases where they'd result in TestTimedOutException.
