Reuse connections for the same account. I had originally not moved over the caching code from the old Exchange implementation because there was a bug with redirecting. That turns out to be easily fixed, so I'm reinstating the cache. Change-Id: I8ec139e54c02fd1e5b1d13f9671e870b3b0cbfdd
