Do not make provider calls with dummy Accounts. This bug rears its head when calling validate() where a folder sync request is made on an Account that seems like it needs an initial sync but it is really just a dummy Accout wrapping a HostAuth. Change-Id: I4b9c81951ab3a7f36f7530073215b6f1519935d4
