Fix account deletion. SyncManager no longer exists so we can't use that helper anymore. Just directly send the AccountService message instead in response to the AccountManager broadcast. Bug: 9056861 Change-Id: I81db16bee36c5108936c6ab07e705bbd59d1cca6
