[DocsUI] Temporarily disable new private space tests

These tests were added to test a fix for a CTS failure in 429525969
but themselves are causing failure on Android versions earlier than
B.

Let's temporarily disable these to enable boarding the 2025-11
mainline train and then reenable as soon as possible.
