MTN channel 50 adjustment MTN is a special case of channel 50 as channel 50 alert is not being handled in CBR most of time. To support MTN channel 50, following changes are needed. 1. should still configure alert type as area. 2. isChannelEnabled should consider area alert type. 3. apply SMS notification sound for area alert type.
