Button state should depend on FEATURE_DEFAULT_TASK_CONTAINER

Currently the button state change depending on the task change on the default display i.e display 0. But there is a possibility that multiple display areas are hosting different application on display 0. The state should depend on DefaultTaskContainer and not display ID.
