Enable RTL for Radio - Added RTL support to the manifest. - Replaced left/right with start/end in the layouts. - Set the dialpad layout as LTR for all the locales as expected. - Fixed a padding issue which would cut the dialpad numbers once RTL support is enabled. - Fixed the text alignment for relevant views since radio is not using the car-ui-lib styles.
