Show big icon in messaging- and call notifications
Even though the showBigIcon attribute is set to true, the big
notification icon is not shown in messaging and call HUNs.
Because the messaging and call notifications are implemented
differently, this requires two changes:
1) For call: Use the large icon instead of the small icon when binding
the body view.
2) For messaging: Check the showBigIcon attribute before assuming the
large icon should be set to gone.
