Apply recovery sequence if the CLF is mute after a nReset pulse If no core_reset_ntf is received 10s after a nReset pulse, apply the recovery sequence to go back to loader mode. Test: manually timeout the first i2c response Bug: 194162907 Change-Id: I89b779e057f8cf423db463df8e923950508fa797
