Wifi-HAL: Add new vendor attribute in ePNO config Add a new attribute to notify the driver whether to use the current EPNO request as PNO or EPNO. Driver can take decision based on its value. Change-Id: I1c8b05fb6c555ecf436ec5832ce0a4ea92c8aec0 CRs-fixed: 855802
