mm-video-v4l2: HDR static and dynamic metadata via framework -- Enable and send HDR static metadata to framework. -- Enable and send HDR dynamic metadata to framework. -- Enable and send color aspects to framework. -- Deprecate sending HDR metadata and color aspects via gralloc path.
