sdm: Rework hdr mode setting based on blend color space HDR color mode was set if hdr layer is present in layer_stack. If HDR layer is flagged as skip, then blending happens in SDR color space but dspp is still programmed for HDR color mode. This change reworks HDR handling logic to ensure HDR mode is set only when blend space is HDR. Change-Id: I336b8715b434c83aa55f30636e8f600cefe0b51b Crs-fixed: 2076696
