sde: Fix horizontal total and active values for split device 1. Horizontal total value should consider horizontal blanking of each panel on a device with split panels. 2. Pipe bandwidth calculation is with respect to a panel. On a device with split panels, horizontal active should be the left split value, read from MDP driver.
