sdm: Set color mode in panel reset When panel reset and display blank/unblank, set the color mode and blend space in composition manager and strategy implement. Change fixes the issue that HDR effect disappear after ESD attach. Change-Id: I4cf551fca7f29f45e45384c65e52f15bbe2f24c4 CRs-Fixed: 2308499
