sdm: Disable HDR handling for non-primary displays - ColorModes are supported only on primary displays and doesn't apply for secondary(external or virtual) displays. - DPPS is also enabled only for primary display and disabling for one display is enough, when two displays are connected. - So handling of any of the two above is not needed for other displays.
