sdm: Define DPPS control interface 1. Define an interface for controlling DPPS features from SDM. 2. Create DPPS control interface with SocketHandler provided by client. 3. Display can use the DPPS Control interface to disable/enable DPPS at the start/end of HDR video playback. 4. Call SetColorModeInternal api, only when Color Manager is present.
