sdm: Add support for WCG/HDR handling using SSPP - Handle HDR using SSPP when such capability is available. - For HW with SSPP tonemapping, color mode has to be set only when blend space is BT2020 and at the end of prepare. Change-Id: Ibe87c145addf01c6615bb7946a86ada8e6b9dddc Crs-fixed: 2234972
