mm-video-v4l2: vidc: Color primaries fixes
- Update internal colorspace when color in VUI is different
notify the client with a reconfig event
- Update client's colorspace in getconfig if internal color
info has been updated.
- Remove metadata setting for ITU 601-625.
- Remove the VP8 spec mention.
