Disable -Wimplicit-fallthrough unless src is fixed. * Current -Wno-error=implicit-fallthrough caused clang-tidy assertion fault, see https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39312 * We could enable this warning when source file is fixed.
