Use UINT16 for GATT attribute id field Id field is equal to attribute handle, so it must be 16bits. Otherwise only piece of GATT database can be used. Bug: 29253825 Change-Id: I75c0c993a987bf0a48e910fa3c0f41f9d876bec6
