Add test for ensuring Playback durations for multi-effect Compositions
This change enhances the ComposeCallback VTS test to verify the playback
duration of composite vibration effects.
Previously, the test only checked the playback of individual primitives.
This change adds tests for compositions of multiple effects with varying
delays (0ms, 10ms, 100ms).
Increased duration of test ~25s
