[Movie Studio] add error handle mechanism for MP4_MPEG4 video clip
BZ: 56425
MP4_MPEG4 video clip is not supported by movie studio(AOSP defined by default),
but the android orginal design can't handle this well, so add proper error handle
mechanism when user import such a clip.
