[Movie Studio] add error handle mechanism for audio codec aac-extended in video clip
BZ: 60006
video clip with audio codec aac-extended is not supported by movie studio(AOSP
defined by default), but the android orginal design can't handle this well, so
add proper error handle mechanism when user import such a clip.
