Swap EndHint & DoHint order in AdaptiveCpu. Using End->Do means there's a gap where frequencies aren't throttled: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/6kgZmftAocs72zo I imagine the effect of this is pretty small, but for safety let's switch the order.
