[vulkan] Remove deep copies, fix issues in codegen.py Not needed; now android/scripts/generate-vulkan-sources.sh is much faster. Abort on error in generating expression in codegen to sidestep pylint issue. Also, add ability to increment indent in CodeGen without having to specify blocks explicitly.
