madvise camera libraries prior to ConfigureStreams This change prefetches camera.lito.so and anonymous VMAs in order to decrease the amount spent on IO sleep in ConfigureStreams. Test: manual Bug: 182375916 Change-Id: Idbbff54434146384f5dd9ddea0419a222ab2e9ad
