EAF, Enable EAF on 1080P resolution(Codec side) Investigation purpose, For ECO service 1.0 spec, the support input frame size of ECO is limited <= 720P https://source.corp.google.com/aosp-android11/hardware/google/av/media/eco/ECOSession.cpp;l=59?q=createECOSession We could remove limitation here and do the some evaluation.
