msm8916: Don't hardcode device /dev/mmcblk0p1, use symlink instead. There's no guarantee that /dev/mmcblk0p1 is a stable identifier, e.g. that a) the desired partition is number 1; and b) the mmc driver enumerates the "disk" (eMMC or SD Card) you booted off as number 0. so change to use /dev/block/platform/soc.0/7824900.sdhci/by-name/modem which is a stable identifier.
