Make debug logging configurable via the logging setprop properties. See http://developer.android.com/reference/android/util/Log.html for reference. It's a commonly used way to enable logging that happens to be used in Finsky too. Logging can be enabled by class level too. Bug: 7727075 Change-Id: I8d30ae9ac01c4dcc5a20fe2fd65e5eb802804295
