Add ART datum id for gc-total-collection-time and others

Following changes are made:
1) Added total-gc-collection time
2) Modified name of mutator-pause-time to world-stop-time
3) Removed gc-meta-data-size
4) Added average gc-throughput metrics for both young and full heap
collections.
