Replace hidden API - ALL_ZEROS_ADDRESS with public API
MacAddress is inside mainline module, so the external callers
cannot call its hidden API.
Replace hidden API - ALL_ZEROS_ADDRESS with MacAddress#fromString.

Test: 1. Remove "framework-connectivity.impl"
2. cd frameworks/opt/tv/tvsystem; mm
