Add libbinderthreadstate to LOCAL_JNI_SHARED_LIBS for some tests. libbinder and libhwbinder now also depend on libbinderthreadstate. Add this dependency to LOCAL_JNI_SHARED_LIBS since these libraries need to be packaged together.
