Move ui/GraphicsTypes into include_types So that libhwui can use it since libhwui links in libui-types rather than the entire libui library due to prior mainline work Bug: 200309590 Test: builds, boots Change-Id: Ia50853962f15eae5f0ced78de3ff0e8a690908d0
