  "message": "Do not resample when frameTime is not available\n\nLegacyResampler still resamples MotionEvents even when requestedFrameTime is\nstd::nullopt. The problem is that if the parameter requestedFrameTime\nis std::nullopt, it is reassigned inside consumeBatchedInputEvents to\nstd::numeric_limits\u003cnsecs_t\u003e::max(). In spite of using max() as a\nplaceholder to indicate that everything should be consumed, it is still a valid time, and resampler uses it to resample MotionEvent.
