Skip a RGG test with SIN followed by FLOOR.

TestRandomGraph_RandomGraphTest_LargeGraph_TENSOR_FLOAT32_Rank3_44
generates a graph with a SIN operator followed by a FLOOR operator. The
small accuracy mismatch from the SIN operator may be enlarged by the
FLOOR operator and result in a test failure that should be permitted.

This CL disables this particular test.
