Add the line break word style(lw) in the style run. The line break word style(lw) is a phrase-based braking. Support the line break word style in the style run and pass it to ICU for calculation. Bug: 183780874 Test: atest minikin_tests Change-Id: I37247617649ced5671c0edd5ba15db1fbb511b4d
