Don't specify width of values in result.Set explicitly.

That's not needed with safe ints: if you calculate something starting
with ElementType you get ElementType as a result, if you need something
else you need to call Widen or Narrow explicitly.

And you couldn't mix different types thus there are no surprises like -1 > 1U.
